I have mixed feelings about Valentine’s Day. While I truly believe it’s an over glorified Hallmark holiday, there is something to be said about spreading some love in the beginning of the year. However, this year we’re actually doing the traditional dinner downtown, maybe we’ll eat some heart-shaped chocolate dessert and get a babysitter for the pup—really go all out. While we join the masses for a classic Valentine’s Day dinner, I sure as hell wont be wearing anything traditional. Taking tips from the leading ladies of the fashion industry, nothing warms my heart more than the perfect street style snap.

Here are my top ten picks to mix it up this year with different silhouettes, textures and patterns that will elevate your date night game and be sure to turn heads.
